What are NoNonsense’s return policies?
If you have received a product that is damaged in shipping, has defective manufacturing, or is made improperly, you will be able to receive an accommodation or refund without having to pay for the shipping back to NoNonsense. If you are not satisfied with your product, but it is otherwise fine, you can send it to the address below within 90 days of your purchase. Include your original receipt or your packing slip and you will be issued store credit, a refund, or an identical product from NoNonsense.

While products can be used and returned, make sure that your product is identical in condition to when you received it, and that you wash your order before you return it. Return and exchange transactions can take between 3-4 weeks to process. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges that are incurred from returning the product to NoNonsense.

Orders are charged $5 shipping and handling, but will receive free shipping if the order total is $45 in total before taxes. All orders are shipped with UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Ground. Orders that cost over $100.00 will require a signature upon delivery, and will require a street address. Orders under $100.00 can be shipped to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. All orders are shipped within 5 business days.
Does NoNonsense ship internationally?
At this time, NoNonsense does not ship orders internationally. However, international shipping many be possible sometime in the future.
